CHILDREN
Children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
WIFI & TELEPHONE RECEPTION
As we are a remote property in a rural location, WiFi and telephone reception is not guaranteed and can often be intermittent.
You are welcome to use your own WiFi if you need a more professional level of internet.
MULTIPLE NIGHTS STAY
If you are staying for multiple nights, please respect the need for all guests to leave the building between 10am – 4pm
This is for the safety of all as we carry out housekeeping and maintenance tasks and is a necessity for insurance purposes.
CAR PARK AND SURROUNDING PROPERTY
The car park is free for guests, however, all vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Camper-vans, tents, etc, are not permitted overnight in the car park, please direct anyone to the nearby Aline Woodland.
The gated road at the side is a private road and is not accessible for walking or access to the loch.
Do not approach any animals, cows, sheep, horses, dogs, etc., for your own safety.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to any member of your party, pets, vehicles or possessions.
Please ensure you have suitable security and insurance for your property in the carpark.
Including pets, bicycles, canoes etc, left outside on the premises or on your vehicle or trailer.
They are left at your own risk.
SMOKING AND VAPING
Please smoke or vape outside in the designated smoking areas. A £50 fine will be issued otherwise.
REPLACEMENT KEYS
Replacement room locks will incur a charge of £150 per lock, that will be taken from the deposit.
DAMAGES
All damage costs will be taken from the deposit, if the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the remainder will be taken from the card that is kept on file.
PETS
We can accept some pets at the house, at our discretion.
All dogs must be kept on a lead, at all times outside the property.
